Established in 2021, we combined our vast experience in compliance and technology to launch a platform that makes onboarding new clients easier. We can help insurance companies drive incremental sales with their applicants while in the pre-underwriting process. We love the insurance industry and stand ready to make a difference. We are a business whose leaders offer deep fintech/insuretech experience, designing software and growing companies. We are passionate about our products and what we can do for your business. Our mission-driven firm strives to open new opportunities for others. We use technology to reimagine legacy processes within the insurance industry while building a business that helps rural southeast Kansas. For this reason, OnboardXi is headquartered in Fort Scott, Kansas. Fort Scott's historic downtown, with its charming brick streets, feels much like a Norman Rockwell painting. OnboardXi aspired to build a software organization in Fort Scott that gives back to the community by supporting its economic growth. With remote work at its pinnacle, Fort Scott is primed to become a "zoom" town where people can live and work in their chosen community.

Fort Scott, Kansas is home to about 8,000 people just one hour south of Kansas City. Its central location makes serving both the east and west coast time zones easy. Fort Scott is home to the Fort Scott National Historic Site and the Fort Scott National Cemetery and enjoys a rich history dating to the U.S. Civil War. After the war, the city was a premier city of the frontier and one of the largest cities in eastern Kansas. During the first half of the 20th century, Fort Scott became the agricultural and small industrial center it continues to be today.
